and Chairman, Wm, Terry Davison C.A.
In 1962, Windsor native and Chartered Accountant, Wm.
Terry Davison, founded a management consulting business.
Over the years, the company became active in property
management leasing office and warehouse space. The
company currently owns warehouse, office and commercial
buildings in Canada and commercial property in the
United States. The company recently expanded to include
DocuSTOP, a records management company and StorageSTOP,
a fully temperature controlled self storage building.
Terry's three children have taken
an active role in the family business. In January 2007,
Terry's daughter, Christine, took the reigns as President
after her extensive corporate experience outside of
the family business. Terry's son, Bill, is the Chief
of Operations and daughter, Natalie, handles the family
interests in London, Ontario.
